A week ago, the Sankranti festival had a lineup of 5 Tollywood movies including Guntur Kaaram, Hanuman, Naa Saami Ranga, Saindhav, and Eagle. However, to ensure all films received adequate theater space, the movie Eagle, starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, was postponed to a February 9th release.
The producer of Eagle expressed concerns about five movies releasing simultaneously during Sankranti, believing it would negatively impact all films. Unfortunately, Eagle’s hope for a solo release in February changed as it now faces direct competition.
‘Yatra 2’ is set for release on February 8th, ‘Ooru Peru Bairavakona’ by Sundeep Kishan on February 9th, and now ‘Lal Salaam,’ which will feature a special cameo by Rajinikanth, has joined the lineup.
Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, Lal Salaam stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in prominent roles, with music composed by AR Rahman. This increased competition poses a new challenge for Eagle, despite its delayed release.
