As expected by many, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy has gotten off to a sensationally good start at the box office.
The film has posted particularly good revenues in mass belts across Andhra Pradesh. The film collected a whopping Rs 5.5 Cr+ in the Ceded area which is one of the highest ever non-Rajamouli tallies in Tollywood.
The film has reportedly grossed over Rs 44 crores worldwide on its opening day with good contributions from the USA and also the native domestic market.
The theatrical share in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone is Rs 23 crore with the gross being Rs 33.7 crore.
The worldwide opening day share is Rs 27.9 crore. This is by far the biggest opener for a Balakrishna starrer. The film is maintaining a good hold today as well. The opening weekend numbers should be huge.
