Several TDP leaders are said to be in the row of quitting the party. Though there is an open invitation from BJP, not many leaders are willing to step into it, as the party had to face a massive defeat in the recent elections of Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP on the other side, is not allowing any other leaders, unless they resign to their posts.
So most of the TDP leaders are now finding it tough to stay in the party, and are awaiting for a call from the ruling party. Senior TDP leader Bonda Uma is said to be waiting for one such call from Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Recently, Bonda Uma visited Australia. Knowing this, the TDP activists over there, tried to reach Uma, for asking him to attend a meet and greet program. Even Eluru Sambasiva Rao in the recent times, attended the program, arranged by the NRI party activists. But shockingly Uma refused to be part of the program and even denied to speak over the phone.

Disturbed over his behavior, the TDP activists are now anticipating that Uma may leave the party any time soon and is so not willing to meet any of the TDP leaders. After TDP’s defeat in the elections, Uma is also not much active in the party, which further strengthened the anticipations that he would quit the party soon after he gets a call from YSRCP.
