The Bharatiya Janata Party has been going ahead like there’s no looking back for the party. While one reason for this could be the fact that there’s no strong opponent for the party in national politics, another could be the fact that it has dynamic leaders like Narendra Modi and Amit Shah leading the party at the central level. These two have time and again proved their worth to the party, with their skill and wit. This was once again on display during the party national executive meeting, held recently at Secunderabad’s parade grounds.
The ruling TRS in Telangana tried everything in their power to instigate and provoke the BJP and get a response out of them, with respect to the many allegations and remarks that KCR, KTR, and other TRS members have made against the BJP leadership. However, none of this managed to get a proper, or satisfactory response out from the BJP leadership. Apart from Amit Shah and JP Nadda, who criticized the TRS government to a certain extent, there wasn’t a single comment on the TRS government from PM Modi, which hasn’t been sitting well with the TRS.
Everyone expected PM Modi to lash out at KCR and his government, but apart from saying that he’s confident that BJP would come to power in Telangana, Modi didn’t say much else. This has gotten everyone confused with respect to the BJP’s strategy in Telangana. The BJP hasn’t been doing much, apart from Bandi Sanjay’s padayatra. Hence, it is now to be seen what the party has in mind, to come to power in the state.
