The Bharatiya Janata Party’s member JP Nadda, recently addressed the crowd of Rajahmundry, at the Godavari Garjana Sabha. He said that it was time for the YSRCP to be out and for the BJP to be in, but made no mention of the Jana Sena, which has drawn a lot of political interest.
The Jana Sena and the BJP were working very closely together, only until a few months ago, but rumors started floating around about a possible tiff between the two when Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan suggested that all opposition parties band together, to be able to oust the YSRCP from power. He even suggested a possible alliance with the TDP, and as we all know, the BJP has been dodging this possibility all along.
A possible alliance with the TDP for the Jana Sena also could mean that its alliance with the BJP would be non-existent, as the BJP has made it very clear that it is not interested in any alliance with the TDP, after Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s demeaning comments on the party and PM Narendra Modi ahead of the 2019 elections. It is now to be seen what the Jana Sena has to say about its alliance with the BJP.
