In an expected move, Andhra Pradesh BJP wing former president Kanna Lakshmi Narayana has left the party officially. He confirmed the same today.
Kanna has been distancing himself from the party for a while now and he has finally called it quits earlier today.
BJP senior leader, GVL Narasimha Rao reacted to the resignation and also the scathing allegations Kanna made on current AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju while leaving the party.
GVL said the BJP high command was always by Kanna’s side when he needed it the most and it is sad to see him leave the party now and also make scathing allegations on the current leadership.
Meanwhile, Kanna is likely to look towards the TDP and he could be joining the Chandrababu-led party sooner than later.
