RRR is on a record breaking run at the domestic and USA box office. The film is posting outrageously good numbers and it is expected to hold the momentum over the weekend.
But the big question is – does RRR revolve almost entirely around the Alluri Seetharama Raju character played by Charan.
There is a penultimate dialogue in the film as NTR says “Nenu Malli kosam ochanu, Rama Raju ee matti kosam ochadu” and this sums up the importance and emphasis on Charan’s character in the film.
Not just that, Charan is the instigator for the Naatu Naatu song in the film. He is the one who sets the stage for this song. Also, he is the one leads the ‘saving a boy’ scene in the opening half.
Charan’s character drives the narrative for most parts. In the climax, his character is elevated to sky level and it has great prominence in the same.
Even NTR’s character is in awe of the strength and depth in Rama Raju character played by Charan.
Going by all this, we might draw to a conclusion that Charan is the driving force of RRR.
