Tensions were high in the city as BJP activists called for a protest against the police baton charge.
In this context, Telangana state BJP president Bandi Sanjay went to Janagama. Going to a rally from Janagama Chowrasta, he visited BJP activists like Pawan Sharma who were injured in the police baton charge.
On this occasion, Bandi Sanjay demanded that cases be registered against the policemen who charged the baton.
He said that strict action should be taken against the Municipal Commissioner who kept the flex of TRS and removed the flex of Swami Vivekananda.
He warned the Chief Minister KCR to come out of the farmhouse and take action against the culprits otherwise they would face dire consequences.
