Former minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy has been disappointed with the YSRCP management for a long time now, and also with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, as they have been consistently failing to give him his due importance and rectify the way things have been happening in the Prakasam district.
Balineni was insulted on several occasions when he tried to interact with Jagan. One such instance is when he walked out of the chief minister’s recent visit to Markapur, as the police had stopped him from receiving Jagan from the helipad. There have been several other instances as such, all of which resulted in Balineni being highly disappointed, to the extent that he even refused to meet with Jagan, despite Jagan reaching out to Balineni personally.
After repeated requests, Balineni finally met Jagan today, at Jagan’s Tadepalli camp office, where he is said to have discussed the various insults he’s had to face in the last few months, and the state of the party in the Prakasam district. Balineni is also said to have complained against a senior leader who was behind the denial of permission to him to enter the helipad in Markapur.
