After TDP faced a miserable defeat in the recent elections and the party chief Chandrababu Naidu is finding it tough to run the party, Jr NTR is being considered as the only savior of the TDP, as neither Nara Lokesh nor Nandamuri Balakrishna is capable of taking the top chair in the party.
Now Balayya’s son-in-law Sri Bharat came into the picture and contested as an MP from Vizag and lost to the YSRCP candidate in the recent elections. When he was asked about Jr NTR’s entry into the TDP, Bharat said that NTR should approach party but not otherwise. He said no individual is above the party. Bharat openly said that he won’t agree that Jr NTR alone can rescue the party. If one say that, then it is nothing but insulting the existing and proven leadership.
It is after Harikrishna’s death, Chandrababu Naidu and Balakrishna were in good terms with Jr NTR and were constantly seen together. Though Naidu never really opened up about his desire to invite Jr NTR in the party, it is an open secret that the support of a super star like him, would fetch the party good. At this point of time, Bharat coming up with the disturbing comments of this sort, would further worsen the relations between the families.
