Americans voted yesterday to choose between two presidential candidates: Donald Trump, the Republican former president, and Kamala Harris, the Democratic vice president.
Trump and Harris offer very different approaches to leading the country. So far, Trump has won several Republican-leaning states including Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, while Harris has secured Democratic strongholds like Vermont, Massachusetts, and Maryland. There is a serious political fight going on in the US.
Meanwhile, an Indian voter made a strange thing in the election. He wrote Balayya’s name on the list casting a vote to him. Balakrishna, who has good fan following in the Telugu states also has fans in the US.
While some opine that the person must have written Balayya’s name in a sarcastic way, few others say that its his one of the die hard fan who wrote that. Things apart, few others opine that a valuable vote has been wasted by this irrelevant choice and suggest that the fans show their fanism in other useful ways. To be noted, this happened for the previous election in US with a fan writing Balayya in the vote list and casted a vote to him.
