There’s one connection between Balakrishna’s Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy. And that is – he played dual role in both these films. The latest reports pertaining to Balakrishna’s ongoing film with Anil Ravipudi had been suggesting that he would be playing a dual role in this film as well.
If that had been the case, it would’ve meant that Balakrishna would be doing double role in his 3rd straight film – Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy, and then the film with Anil Ravipudi.
However, sources close to the unit have confirmed that Balakrishna is not doing a double role in Anil Ravipudi’s film. He is doing a single character.
Things would’ve turned had Balakrishna done double role in his 3rd straight film, but that isn’t to be, luckily. But this film will have an interesting narrative though.
