At the 69th Sobha Filmfare Awards South-2024 held at the JRC Convention venue in Hyderabad, “Balagam” was awarded Best Film. The event, which took place on Saturday night, saw numerous actors from the Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam film industries in attendance.
The film “Balagam,” which initially had modest expectations, garnered widespread acclaim and won the Best Film award. Venu, the director of “Balagam,” was honored as Best Director. Nani and Keerthy Suresh were named Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively, for their performances in the film “Dasara”
Brahmanandam and Ravi Teja were both recognized in the Best Supporting Actor category for their roles in “Ranga Marthanda” and “Waltair Veeraiah.”
