Avatar 2 is prepared for its worldwide theatrical debut on the 16th of December and the advance bookings have been blowing hot and cold.
The film has sold a total of 10 lakh tickets through advance bookings. Out of which, 7.5 lakh tickets were sold in South India alone.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone constitute to over 50% of ticket sales for Avatar 2 in India.
It is safe to say that the big budget action epic is set to get off to a double digit opening in the Telugu states.
The word of mouth will be the key if the film has to recover the monstrous investments.
