Sai Pallavi, a star actress known for her unique style and natural acting, recently voiced her opinion on fair pay in the industry. In a recent interview, she expressed concern over the low pay for hardworking assistant directors in the South film industry.

She highlighted that in Bollywood, assistant directors often receive fair remunerations, allowing them to transition smoothly between projects, whereas in the South, their compensation isn’t always sufficient.

Sai Pallavi’s comments have sparked a conversation, bringing attention to the often-overlooked struggle of crew members. Known for choosing meaningful roles over commercial offers and avoiding endorsements, Sai Pallavi has built a reputation based on authenticity.

She is currently earning praise for her performance in Amaran and is set to appear in thendel and as Sita in Bollywood’s upcoming Ramayana film.
