Sandeep Reddy Vanga entered the elite league of filmmakers with just two films namely, Arjun Reddy, and its Hindi remake, Kabir Singh. The latter minted close to Rs 300 crores and Sandeep is now one of the most sought-after directors in the Indian film industry.
As per latest reports, Sandeep is all set to work with Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor for his next project.
Murad Khetani who bankrolled Sandeep’s Kabir Singh will be producing his next one with Ranbir as well. Touted to be an intense gangster drama, the film has been tentatively titled ‘Devil’.
Murad confirmed that the script of the film has been locked and only the final narration to Ranbir is due. Sandeep will be narrating the final draft to Ranbir soon. The lead cast and technical crew will be roped in subsequently.
“All I can say at the moment is that Sandeep, Ranbir, and I are working on an intense gangster film. Sandeep will be giving one final narration to Ranbir and me soon,” the noted producer stated.
Notably, Sandeep narrated a storyline based on Chittoor sugar factory to Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu, but the project did not conceptualize for reasons best known to the duo. Sandeep was quick to react and he is now planning a film with Ranbir Kapoor. More details about the project are awaited.
