After the pandemic lockdown, almost 66 Telugu films and another dozen dubbed films have hit the theatres. Proving the estimations of trade pandits wrong, the theatre business in Tollywood witnessed massive footfalls with huge collections.
Now, Tollywood is about to witness a big film festival in April. Big films such as Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Vakeel Saab’, Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Love Story’, Nani’s ‘Tuck Jagadish’, Rana’s ‘Virata Parvam’ and a few others are scheduled to hit the scenes in April. As per reports, around Rs 270 Cr worth of theatrical business has been done on the movies that are releasing this month.
As per reports, the following seven films are set to make a noise at the box office in April.
Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog on April 2 (30 Cr)
Karthi’s Sulthan on April 2 (10 Cr)
Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab on April 9 (150 Cr)
Chay’s Love Story on April 16 (35 Cr)
Nani’s Tuck Jagadish on April 23 (35 Cr)
Kangana Ranaut’s Thalaivi on April 23 ( 5 Cr)
Rana’s Virata Parvam on April 30 (20 Cr).
It remains to be seen which film collects hugely at the box office.
