It is known that Telangana Chief Minister KCR has formed the new districts in Telangana after the statehood. Now, even Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is planning to do the same.
To bring an ease in administration, the young CM is resorting to the act, that has been in pending since long. In addition to the existing 13 districts, 12 more new districts are going to be added soon, thus taking the total number of districts to 25.
It is to be recollected that Jagan, before the elections, had promised to make every Lok Sabha constituency into a district, if YSRCP forms the government. As the formation of new districts is almost confirmed, the concerned officials are working on the administrative process.
