Andhra Pradesh alone has more welfare schemes than any other state in the country. So, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy believed that all the people in the state are very satisfied with him. But the latest survey report of the Center for National Opinion Survey (CNOS) says that it is all an illusion.
The CNOS conducted a massive survey on popular rulers, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of 25 states. Interestingly, CM Jagan is ranked 20 while Telangana Chief Minister KCR is ranked 11th on average. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is the most popular Chief Minister in the country, followed by Yogi Adityanath (UP), and Uddhav Thackeray (former Maharashtra CM) stood next on the list.
In Andhra Pradesh, 39 percent of people expressed satisfaction with Jagan’s rule, while 29 percent expressed extreme dissatisfaction. The remaining 32 percent did not wish to express their opinion. In Telangana state, 49 percent of people expressed satisfaction with their CM KCR’s rule, while 19 percent expressed dissatisfaction. The remaining 24 percent remained neutral.
