In the recent AP Cabinet meeting chaired by AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy, many key decisions were taken by the ministers under the purview of the CM.
After the cabinet meeting, the ministers disclosed their decisions in respective sectors to the media except for details about Gangavaram port. Currently, this has become a focal point in AP politics. The AP govt is maintaining confidentiality on this issue.
In the past, the AP govt has already sold a 90% stake in Gangavarm port to Adani Groups and left-over with only 10%.
It is reported that in the recent cabinet meeting, the PA govt has decided to sell off the leftover 10% stake in Gangavaram port to Adani Group for Rs.645 crore.
Currently, Jagan is facing criticism for handing over AP Dairy to Amul Group. With the recent decision, the criticisms have been intensified.
