The deputy CM of AP Pawan Kalyan is actively getting things done as Andhra Pradesh reels under extreme distress in view of the recent floods in the state.
Pawan has now delivered a report on the work that he has been doing with regard to the relief measures which coincides with his birthday – 2 September.
“Though I don’t celebrate my birthdays but after seeing the good wishes from all around; I am grateful to you all for your warmth and love filled wishes.
I have been closely following the flood situation. And I am monitoring it continuously.

Panchayat Raj Department
• District Panchayat Officers and Chief Executive Officers, Zilla Parishads are kept on
high alert and prepared for immediate response in all districts
• Mandal Level and District Level Control Rooms with teams for immediate response
were kept ready
• Regular monitoring and co-ordination with all districts is ensured by Teleconferences
every 6 hours
• 300 special teams with all required manpower, materials and equipment for immediate
sanitation are ready for deployment to assist existing manpower across the
panchayats.
• 32 teams have been requested for deployment in NTR and Krishna Districts tomorrow
and will be deployed tomorrow.” Pawan tweeted. It is evident that the deputy CM is silently working and get things done in this hour of distress.
