In the ongoing assembly meetings of Andhra Pradesh, Janasena MLA Rapaka Varaprasad has come up with some interesting comments on the introduction of English medium in the government schools.
He appreciated Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s move and said that it is the need of the hour. The Janasena’s only MLA further added that the idea would avail several dalits get good jobs and thus progress in their career. He went against the TDP leaders for allegedly opposing the state government’s idea.
Right from the beginning, Rapaka’s comments always sounded in favor of Jagan. While Pawan Kalyan is strictly going against the state government’s policies, Rapaka’s comments are confusing Janasena activists.

However, it should be noted that Pawan never opposed English medium, but only suggested to retain Telugu medium too, and leave the option to public to pick one among English and Telugu. It would have been better if Rapaka mentioned the similar point in his assembly speech too thus living up to the opinion of Janasena on English medium.
