Baahubali: Before the beginning, a web series based on the epic Baahubali duology is taking forever to hit the top gear. A while back, Netflix scrapped the project after watching the final cut and called for a complete re-shoot. A new direction and production team was assigned for the revamped version.
But the latest reports suggest that Baahubali web series is facing another major hurdle now.
Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur who was initially roped in to play a pivotal role in the web series has walked out of the project. She opines the project is taking a whole lot of time to materialize and spending so much time on it isn’t a viable option for her.
Mrunal is slowly but certainly turning busy in Bollywood with multiple offers. She doesn’t want to spend bulk of her time on Baahubali web series while she is being approached by Bollywood filmmakers with exciting offers.
The makers of Baahubali: Before the beginning web series will now have to search for another Bollywood actress to replace Mrunal.
