The Andhra Pradesh Government has launched a major investor outreach in Mumbai today, led by Minister for IT, Electronics, and HRD, Nara Lokesh, as part of preparations for the upcoming CII Partnership Summit 2025 in Visakhapatnam on November 14–15.
As part of the roadshow, Nara Lokesh is holding one-on-one meetings with top global business leaders, including Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran and Trafigura CEO (India) Sachin Gupta, to explore large-scale investments in technology, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
The Minister is also meeting senior executives from ESR Group, Asia-Pacific’s leading real estate platform, to discuss logistics and industrial infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh.
The roadshow event is being held at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Mumbai, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). It features presentations on Andhra Pradesh’s business opportunities, a film on the upcoming summit, and a keynote address by Nara Lokesh, followed by a media interaction and networking dinner.
Andhra Pradesh and Tata Group are already working on key partnerships — including the upcoming TCS development centre in Visakhapatnam (opening November 1, 2025), renewable energy projects by Tata Power worth nearly ₹49,000 crore, and hospitality ventures by IHCL with over 1,500 rooms planned across the state.
The CII Partnership Summit 2025 will bring together global investors, business leaders, and policymakers in Visakhapatnam to promote collaboration in manufacturing, green energy, and digital infrastructure. Andhra Pradesh will showcase its ready-to-invest industrial projects and business-friendly policies.
