The election officials have announced that a total of 76.69% voting has been recorded in Andhra Pradesh, which is comparatively slightly lesser than the polling registered in 2014.
Speaking to the media, Deputy Election Commissioner Umesh Sinha said that except a few of the disturbances in some constituencies, the polling has been concluded peacefully. Due to the delays and other disturbances at few of the polling booths, the decision of repolling will be announced soon, the official said.
While Prakasham and Vijayanagaram has registered a record voting share of 85%, Vishaka, West Godavari district and Kadapa districts witnessed 70% voting share. Below is the detailed list of voting share recorded in each constituency in Andhra Pradesh.
