London, September 17, 2025 – Andhra Pradesh showcased itself as India’s fastest-growing investment destination at a major Investor Roadshow held in London on September 16 at the Institute of Directors, Pall Mall. The event was organized ahead of the CII Partnership Summit 2025 in Visakhapatnam on November 14–15.
More than 150 global business leaders and top executives from industries such as technology, finance, energy, and advanced manufacturing joined the roadshow. Companies like Ericsson, Cyient, Evante Global, AI OpenSec, Bank of America, and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part.
Andhra Pradesh IT and Industries Minister Nara Lokesh presented the state’s industrial roadmap and held discussions with leading firms including Hinduja Group, Rolls-Royce, Apollo Tyres, ArcelorMittal, and Coventry University. He highlighted that Andhra Pradesh had already secured over USD 114 Billion (₹10 lakh crore) worth of investments in just 15 months, with land allotted and projects already in progress.
Lokesh said Andhra Pradesh offers the fastest approvals, transparent policies, and investor-friendly governance, making it the best state to do business in India. He also shared a long-term vision to transform Andhra Pradesh into a USD 2.4 trillion economy by 2047, focusing on sectors like data centers, semiconductors, renewable energy, electric vehicles, and AI-driven industries.
He pointed out that Andhra Pradesh is the only Indian state with solar, wind, and pumped storage power, making it a leader in renewable energy. Big projects such as Adani Data Centers and ArcelorMittal were cited as successful examples where the state government provided full support.
Harshul Asnani, President – Europe Business at Tech Mahindra and Member of CII India UK Business Forum, praised Andhra Pradesh’s strong leadership and policies. He said the state will play a key role in building India–UK economic relations and expressed confidence that the upcoming CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam will be a global success.
The London roadshow ended on a high note and is part of Andhra Pradesh’s global outreach to attract top investments and strengthen international partnerships.
