Indian tycoon Mukesh Ambani has acquired one more valuable villa next to the beach in Dubai. Earlier, the billionaire bought a residence worth 80 million dollars in the same city.
As per the latest reports, Mukesh Ambani bought a luxury mansion belonging to the family of Kuwaiti tycoon Mohammed Alshaya. The deal was said to be made last week, and it cost about $163 million (over Rs. 1300 crores) for getting this property.
Mr Alshaya, who is the previous owner of this Palm Jumeirah mansion, possesses the local franchises for retail brands including Starbucks, H&M and Victoria’s Secret.
Mr Ambani, who has a net worth of $84 billion, spent $79 million last year to buy the well-known UK country club Stoke Park and he is also said to be scouting for a property in New York, USA.
