Icon star Allu Arjun received a rare honour as he attended the India Day Parade in New York and represented the country as a grand marshal.
The Pushpa actor was joined by his wife Sneha Reddy at one of the most popular annual events organised by the Indian diaspora in the United States.
Bunny has now shared pictures and videos from the event in New York, which celebrated the 75 years of India’s independence. Sharing a video of himself waving the tricolour at the parade, the actor wrote on IG Stories, “It was an honour being the grand marshal at the India Day parade in New York.”
Donning a white outfit, Allu Arjun greeted the fans there, travelling on an open-top vehicle. The event witnessed a mammoth crowd of over 5 Lakh people showering love at the Arya actor.
For the unversed, the Federation of Indian Associations of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut had joined hands to celebrate 75 years of India’s Independence.
