Rumors were rife that Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt had stepped out of RRR as the film was being postponed multiple times and she found it hard to adjust the dates. However, there seems to be very little credibility to these rumors as sources close to the movie unit have confirmed that Alia is very much a part of the project.
Alia Bhatt had previously stated that working with Rajamouli is like a dream come true for her and she simply wouldn’t be missing the opportunity to star in his directorial.
Alia Bhatt is even taking special classes to fine-tune her Telugu speaking skills. Such is her dedication towards the project, the source claimed.
Alia is yet to join the sets of RRR. The shoot might not be resuming in the near future as a film of this scale requires humongous manpower and working with large units is not a safe option, given the situation pertaining to Covid-19 outbreak.
It needs to be said that Alia Bhatt will have a very tight schedule once the shootings are commenced. She will have to work on her Bollywood mythological film, Bramhastra and RRR in tandem.
RRR is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya on a budget of over Rs 300 crores. Alia will be pairing up with Ram Charan who is playing Alluri Seetharama Raju.
