Young hero Karthik Raju, who impressed with the thriller Atharva, is back with another content-driven movie titled Vilaya Thandavam. The film introduces VS Vasu as director and is produced by Mandala Dharma Rao and Gumpu Bhaskar Rao under GMR Movie Makers.
The powerful title poster was unveiled by Akash Puri and director Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao. The poster shows a divine, fierce figure standing in a pool of blood, symbolizing Goddess Kali’s power. The tagline, “When patience dies, Rudra Kaali rises,” reflects the theme of divine retribution and feminine strength.
At the launch, Akash Puri said the title itself gave him goosebumps and wished Karthik Raju a big success. Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao praised Karthik’s passion for unique stories and expressed confidence in the film’s success.
Karthik Raju said the movie is built on a strong concept that will surprise audiences when the teaser and trailer are out. Actress Parvathi Arun and Pushpa fame Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari also play key roles.
Producers Mandala Dharma Rao and Gumpu Bhaskar Rao said they were impressed by director Vasu’s story and worked without compromise to bring it to life. Director VS Vasu thanked his team and expressed hope that the audience would support the film.
