A couple of days ago reports surfaced that Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn bought a bungalow in the Juhu area of Mumbai. Since the property is a stone throw away to his current bungalow he gave it a shot to move into new house last month.
Reportedly, he clinched the deal last November-December, and the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society, where the bungalow is situated, handed over the property in the joint name of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal aka Ajay Devgn on May 7. In the same locality, celebs like Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachhan etc too reside. The bungalow was had an owner previously named Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia.
The existing price of the property was around ₹ 60-65 crore but Ajay was seemingly quite intrigued and negotiated it at a discounted price amid coronavirus pandemic. The swanky mansion encompasses across 474.4 square meters and is said to have been purchased at Rs. 47.5 crore.
The sources now reveal that the actor however had to invest some more amount in order to get the property renovation done along with interiors and move with family. Hence, he had to spend an additional amount, which appeared to have caused him some burden. This propelled the star to borrow a loan of Rs. 18.75 crore At present Ajay Devgn is getting done the works at new building while staying at current residence Shakti bungalow.
