By now, everyone is aware that the absence of political strategist Prashant Kishor is impacting CM Jagan and the YSRCP greatly. What appears to be a major setback for Jagan, Prashant Kishor recently criticized the Jagan government for lacking focus on development and wealth creation, instead simply borrowing excessively from banks. Using Andhra Pradesh as an example, Prashant Kishor emphasized that the government can only distribute wealth if it first creates it. He stressed that the state needs to foster an environment where society can generate more wealth, and the government should actively facilitate wealth creation.
After Prashant Kishor, now Telangana CM KCR, who is a close friend of CM Jagan, has also criticized the administration in Andhra Pradesh. Addressing the public as part of his election campaign, CM KCR opined that Andhra Pradesh, which once mocked Telangana, is now in a dire situation. He asked the Telangana people to compare the condition of roads and power supply in both states and emphasized that Telangana is in a better situation after bifurcation, while Andhra Pradesh struggles under Jagan’s administration.
Day after day, Jagan’s mistakes in the past 4.5 years are being exposed to the people, with even his closest allies coming out to reveal the exact conditions to the people of Andhra Pradesh. The majority of the people in Andhra Pradesh are of the opinion that Jagan and his party will fail in the upcoming elections, much like their failed campaigns.
