Adivi Sesh’s much-awaited Pan India film Major, which is currently in the post-production phase, has been postponed one more time and the makers announced a new release date now.
The Sasi Kiran Tikka directorial will hit the screens on June 3, 2022. The announcement was made with a new poster in which the Evaru actor is seen giving a serious gaze with an injury on his forehead.
Besides playing the lead role, Adivi Sesh has also penned the story and screenplay of Major. The movie will have a simultaneous release in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam languages. It has Saiee Manjrekar and Sobhita Dhulipala as the leading ladies.
Based on the life of 26/11 hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the film has music composed by Sricharan Pakala. Starring Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murali Sharma in other important roles, Major is produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainment and A+S Movie.
