Actor Thrigun, renowned for his versatile performances in Tamil and Telugu cinema, is all set to make a grand entrance into the Kannada film industry with his upcoming movie, “Lineman.” Under the adept direction of V Raghu Shastry, this bi-lingual venture is not only aimed at the Kannada audience but will simultaneously make its mark in the Telugu film industry as well. The narrative backdrop of “Lineman” is intriguingly set in the rustic locales of Mandya, promising a story deeply rooted in the region’s ethos.
Recently released first look and motion poster of the film impressed everyone. Today makers unveiled the film’s theatrical trailer. The trailer begins by introducing Nataraj, a junior lineman; the village calls him Nattu. Thrigun gets introduced with a reference to the power star.
It introduces the quirky characters in the village. Their hilarious questions to Thrigun bring so many laughs. The whole village comes together to celebrate the 100th birthday of Devudamma, who has performed over a thousand deliveries for pregnant ladies. The village decides to live without power to save four lives, reverting to basics.
The trailer focuses on presenting the happiness in being human and also shows glimpses of the chaos it ensues. Why does Thrigun decide not to give power to the village?
