Legendary singer Asha Bhosle, one of the most iconic voices in Indian music, passed away at the age of 92 in Mumbai. She had been undergoing treatment at Breach Candy Hospital, where she breathed her last on Sunday, leaving behind an unparalleled musical legacy.
Her son, Anand Bhosle, confirmed the news and shared that the public can pay their last respects at Casa Grande, Lower Parel, from 11 am on Monday. The last rites will be performed later in the day at Shivaji Park with full state honours.
With a career spanning over eight decades, Asha Bhosle’s journey in music is nothing short of extraordinary.
