Jharkhand Dynamite MS Dhoni, who entered the Indian Cricket team as a wicket keeper raised to the level of a captain. By leading Indian Cricket team to win 2011 World Cup and 2007 T20 World Cup, MS Dhoni occupied a special place in the hearts of Indians. It has been a dream for Indians as well as for the senior players to see the national team winning a World Cup and Dhoni made it possible.
Every Indian Cricket fan has a memorable moment with MS Dhoni and the retirement of such a legendary player shouldn’t be in a simple style. Jharkhand CM too felt the same and hence he requested BCCI to conduct a farewell match in the state. BCCI is yet to respond to the request.
It is known that Indian Government imposed few restrictions and the IPL too was postponed for that reason. As the cases were raising, it might be hard for BCCI to get required permissions to conduct a farewell match. But as no response came from BCCI at the moment, we have to wait for some more time to know about the special farewell match.
