A shocking incident took place in Iraq. For the first time in the history of medical sciences, it is reported that a baby boy was born with three genitals.
Three months after the baby was born, the parents recently noticed swelling in the baby’s genital area and immediately consulted a doctor. The doctors who examined the child said that two more genitals were coming out near the major genital of the baby.
Details of this medical case were recently published in the Research Paper International Journal of Surgery Case. Doctors Shakir Salim Jabali and Ayyad Ahmed Mohammed, who published the research paper, said the condition was called ‘Triphallia’ in medical terminology.
The doctors there said that the baby’s mother had not taken any harmful drugs while she was pregnant and that there were no genetic problems in their family history.
However, the urethra, which is attached to the penis, is absent for two of his genitals and can be surgically removed. According to international media reports, this case should be considered the first ‘Triphallia’ case in the world.
