For a while now, noted actress Renu Desai has been claiming that she will be trying her hand in filmmaking and take up multiple projects in the near future. But as of now, Renu is solely focusing on her acting career.
As we had reported earlier, Renu Desai had signed a web series titled ‘Aadhya’ in which she will be seen as a CEO of a software company. The web series was officially announced by Renu herself and interestingly enough, it is named after her daughter Aadhya.
The latest we hear is that Renu intends go get her acting career on track. She is listening to numerous scripts now.
Renu Desai wants to act in content-driven films which have the potential to revive her career and is looking for author-backed roles.
Meanwhile, Reni’s upcoming web series will be officially launched this Dusserah. Debutante Krishna Mamidala will be directing this project while DS Rao and S Rajinikanth will be bankrolling it.
“The journey of a determined woman and her search for truth,” Renu said while speaking about the theme of the web series. More details about this project will be revealed once it is launched.
