The Judicial system of India, and the government of Andhra Pradesh have constantly been at totally different ends of a spectrum, with neither being able to agree on a single aspect.
This has resulted in the YSRCP members regularly criticising the judiciary, calling it a biased and unjust system. Now, yet again, YSRCP member and Transport minister, Perni Nani has said that most of the people who worked for the TDP in the past are now major members of the AP judiciary, who favr Chandrababu in all aspects.
Perni Nani also said that Chandrababu is indirectly running the Judiciary, and is privy to the judgements of the High Court, at least 10-30min before the judgement is made official. Perni has made these comments while criticising the High Court’s judgement to stall further investigation by SIT on the alleged scams that took place with respect to the buying and selling of lands in Amaravati, by the TDP government, between 2014 and 2019.
Perni Nani has now said what YSRCP MP Nandigama Suresh had said in the past, that the AP judiciary runs under the control of Naidu. These are not the first instances where members of the YSRCP have found fault with the Judiciary, as many have commented on the ways of the Judiciary in the past as well.
The AP High Court had also filed a Contempt of Court case against Nandigama Suresh, for his demeaning statements against the Judiciary in the past.
