The corona, which has been rocking a thousand cases a day throughout the month of August, has calmed down quite a bit since the beginning of September.
The first day of September alone received a thousand cases in Vizag. In the last fortnight, the number has not crossed five hundred per day and in the most recent it has just clocked the 350 mark showing an unusual slow pace. In addition to the austerity measures being taken by the government as a whole, it must be said that the increased awareness among the people has also contributed to the corona building.
People are trembling at the prospect of up to 2,000 cases a day in September due to the escalation of corona cases in August. In all, 43,000 of the city’s millions of people are now infected with the corona. Up to 350 people lost their lives in this peaceful city which is regaining its calmness slowly.
