Going with the output, the makers are extremely confident that the film will do well in all the languages. So they are quoting high prices for releasing it in Bollywood.
As Baahubali from Telugu, did great in Hindi and even Sye Raa is a periodic drama being shot under a massive budget, the Bollywood distributors are confident that the film will do well in Hindi too.
Adding to it, Amithab Bachchan’s special role in the film, will be enough to make Bollywood audience walk to the theaters initially. So after facing great competition from other buyers, finally “Excel entertainments” has bagged the Hindi rights of the film for an undisclosed hefty amount.
Sye Raa is on its last leg of shoot and even the post production formalities have been started already for the portion of the shoot that was completed.
With Baahubali witnessing a massive business all over the world, even Sye Raa makers are confident that their film would make a considerable impact among the non-Telugu audience too. Surendar Reddy is directing the film and Ram Charan is producing it under Konidela Productions banner. Nayanatara, Amithab Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in prominent roles.
