Ram Gopal Varma shares a very good rapport with Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan as they have worked on multiple projects including ‘Sarkar’ trilogy, ‘Rann’, ‘Aag’, etc. Amitabh had even mentioned that he has special respect to Ram Gopal Varma for the true filmmaker that he is.
Incidentally, Amitabh tested positive for the wide-spread Covid-19 yesterday and is presently receiving medical attention at Nanavati hospital, Mumbai. Even Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, and their daughter Aaradhya tested positive for Covid-19.
Tweeting about the same, Ram Gopal Varma has a quirky message. He says, “SARKAAAR am sure u will kick Corona on its butt and come back more stronger than ever like u always did ..I wont pray for u, but I will pray for the Corona who will surely die in its assault on u.”
Varma says he will be praying for Coronavirus, but not for Amitabh Bachchan as he knows the latter can tackle the situation quite effectively. This is a trademark RGV tweet, say many netizens.
Meanwhile, reports say Amitabh is doing well now and does not need ventilator support. He is showing mild symptoms and same is the case with Abhishek Bachchan as well.
