With lockdown’s massive impact on many public gatherings, many special occasions like birthdays, marriage, inauguration ceremonies etc have come to a grinding halt.
Predominantly weddings have already been procrastinated due to the lockdown imposed due to corona. Recently Nitin’s marriage has already been postponed due to this virus.
In this time producer Dil Raju has got married in a very simple wedding setting with minimal attendees. Following the same path Nikhil decided to get hitched today in the wee hours.
He got married quite a while ago in the presence of a few of his relatives and endearing companions. Earlier, Nikhil was planning to get married on April 16. But the wedding was postponed due to the lockdown and later, the event was scheduled on May 14th.
However with the nationwide lockdown imposed up to the end of May month, everyone felt dubious whether the actual wedding would take place. But Dil Raju got married in this lockdown period.
Probably that has motivated Nikhil to make his wedding proceedings as per lockdown norms with very few people. Initially it began with a haldi function at evening time and later he got hitched to Dr. Pallavi Varma at 6:30 a.m today morning.
Their marriage ceremony was held at Nikhil’s farmhouse in Hyderabad, in compliance to government norms in regard to lockdown. The couple got engaged in February and were expected to tie knot in April, but the wedding had to be postponed due to the lockdown.
