Even before the release they are buying the remake rights. If the film hits bulls eye in Telugu, then there are going ahead with the remake and pocketing huge profits. Films like Arjun Reddy turned out to be gold for the Bollywood film makers.
With this producers like Allu Aravind and Dil Raju had changed their plans. Instead of remaking there are holding remake rights with themselves and are becoming silent partners in Bollywood production. Jersey remake is being planned like that. Few other film makers are going ahead for Pan India releases.
Lately there are many movies in Tollywood that are going to get a release in 5 languages including Telugu and other South Indian languages plus Hindia.
Prabhas20, RRR, Puri Jagannath – Vijay Deverakonda’s Fighter, Manchu Manoj’s Aham Brahmasmi and now Allu Arjun’s Pushpa. These are the films that are being released Pan India. If these movies become successful then it is of sure that many movies will follow this path.
