Recently Mega Star Chiranjeevi speaking to a Telugu daily has revealed that Mahesh Babu was never considered for the special role they had in Acharya.
Mega Star said that he would love to work with Mahesh who is also like his son but the discussion never happened. Ram Charan is the first choice for this role and Chiru’s wife Surekha too wished to see both Chiru and Charan together onscreen.
However with this clarification more doubts were raised about Mahesh-Chiru combination. It is said that they have wantedly kept this rumor under wraps with clarification.
It is almost certain that Charan cannot do the film with RRR dates extended due to corona virus effect. Major portions of Charan needs to be shot for RRR. So he might not allocate dates for Acharya. With this they had to go for Mahesh.
However Chiranjeevi want to keep it as secret so he twisted his answer is what everyone is expecting. We have to wait and see for few more weeks for a clarity on this.
