We all know that 14 Reels banner is producing Sreekaram that is directed by Kishore Reddy fondly known as Kishorudu. Just like Tarun Bhasckar, he too is talented and made a few short films earlier and became a noted name.
He made one film and it was loved by netizens; seeing the popularity he decided to make it a feature film and heard he approached Dil Raju.
We don’t know how much of this piece of news is true, but the talk is that when he had a few discussions with the producer and he shared the idea, the producer on the sly passed it on to Vamsi Paidipally and that’s how Maharshi got made.
Though everytime people ask Kishore Reddy if that is the same plot that is being repeated in Sreekaram, he sternly keeps saying a big No.
After what had happened, he left the producer and made a few changes and give it a different look and feel altogether to Sreekaram and narrated it to Sharwanand.
The hero loved it and the film went to the sets. We sincerely hope the story is different and doesn’t resemble Maharshi in anyway. We already had an overdose of similar subjects like Srimanthudu, Maharshi. Please spare us with Sreekaram.
