In a scathing attack, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi came down heavily on the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) and its leadership for spreading falsehood as well ill-found claims.

Responding to the criticism of TRS leadership over his government’s failures, he wondered can there be anything more ‘absurd’ than this.  “If he have something to justify their constituents fine, but certainly not by propagating falsehood.  People are not fools, who are playing communal or promoting their only family at the expense of overall development of the state,” he told an impressing gathering at an election rally held at Lal Bahadur stadium, which was jam packed.

Modi also did not spare MIM, which is also a fundamental party bent upon to disturb communal harmony with personal agenda.  “Look at the poor condition river Musi.  It reflects on the so called claims on development of KCR and his ‘friend-in-arm’ Asaduddin Owaisi.  Both these leaders are only working for the benefit of their family, instead of the state,” he said.

He also blamed them for no development in the Old City, where civic amenities are in very bad shape.  Bad roads and poor drainage system; “Who prevented development in the Old City were majority of minorities reside?  Shouldn’t they (electorate), who were backing MIM, blindly believing their real custodians of their welfare, realize their folly?  Owaisi brothers are speed-breakers of development.  It’s time for minorities residing in Old City and elsewhere in the state to introspect and come out and vote to teach the party which let them down, with a lesson or two.

The meeting was organized to help the party nominees fighting the Secunderabad (G Kishen Reddy), Malkajgiri (N Ramachandra Rao) , Chevella (B Janardhan Reddy) and Hyderabad (Dr Bhagwanth Rao) Lok Sabha constituencies.

He made a fervent appeal to electorate of these constituencies to come out in large numbers and vote for the BJP nominees and thus strengthen his hands to build new and prosperous India, where quality and dignity of every Indian irrespective of his caste, creed and religion, gets an equal opportunities to improve their living standards.  He also reminded that every Indian should feel ‘nation first and the rest all second.

He said, the BJP-led NDA alone can provide a strong and vibrant India and cited how Pakistan was taught a lesson or two after Pulwama attack.  He claimed  that his decisive nature helped the Indian forces to deal firmly with rogue nation Pakistan on one side and on the other ‘aggressor’ China from making any misadventure on the Eastern borders.
