Karthi’s Donga teaser talk: Intriguing

After scoring a massive hit in the form of Khaidi, Karthi is back again with yet another film called “Donga”.

It seems, Karthi is finally committed to the sentiment of Chiranjeevi’s old titles. As Khaidi registered a good success in Telugu for Karthi after a long time, now he picked another super hit title of the mega star, ‘Donga’.

Karthi is sharing the screen space with her cousin Jyothika for the first time. The duo will share a brother and sister relation in the film. The teaser that hit the internet just-a-while, has revealed that the Aawara star is coming up with another interesting film, that script-driven, rather than the regular commercial entertainment.

The teaser has hinted nothing about the story, but has revealed that Karthi will be seen in  the multiple roles in the film. “Drushyam” movie has been appreciated for its stupendous writing. The same writer has written Donga too, which is what made the teaser draw an immediate attention. Jyothika seems to play a full length and also a prominent role in the film.

Directed by Jeethu Joseph, Donga is set for release in this December. Viacom18 Studios and Suraj Sadanah are producing it.
