It is known that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy filed a petition requesting the Court to exempt him from the personal appearance in the court, regarding the disproportionate assets cases lodged against him.
The petition was objected by the lawyers and they had several differences of opinions with the petitioner. Finally, the Court is set to give its judgment on November 1st, considering all the factors.
The opposition parties, especially the TDP leaders and the party Chief Chandrababu Naidu has been lashing out at Jagan, for filing the petition. He is of the opinion that everyone is equal before the law irrespective of the positions.

If Jagan is allotted the permission to skip attending the courts, then there are every chances for other ministers and MLAs to demand the same, alleging that they would be busy in serving the people.
Adding to it, they will also have enough time to work on manipulating the proofs and thus escape from the cases permanently. So, as there are chances for such permissions to spoil the judicial system, it should be seen whether the Court considers the point in its judgment that it set to be out in another two weeks.
