Since the new management of TV9 took over the channel, Ravi Prakash has been constantly facing the harassment from all the sides. But it seems, finally the senior journalist has got some relief in the case.
Alanda Media management has recently filed another case on Ravi Prakash, saying that he misused the funds, related to the bonus. But the Telangana High Court, after hearing both the sides, has issued the stay order on the bonus case. It also restricted the police, from taking any action against him, till November 2nd.

Meanwhile, Ravi Prakash lawyers are trying to get bail for him and the bail petition is set to come to the hearing in a local court today. The ex-CEO of TV9 is currently in the judicial custody and lodged in prison.
The new management of TV9 is, however objecting to the bail petition, arguing that they haven’t received the High Court orders yet. But if at all Ravi Prakash gets the bail, it would be the first victory for him, over the Alanda media. However, this could only be a temporary relief to the popular journalist.
